Youth Leadership Programme
The Youth Panel is a collective of proactive young people aged 13-19yrs playing a pivotal role in the dance school's growth and future direction. Members gain invaluable skills and experiences, contribute to significant discussions and decisions, and are given unique opportunities. They engage in tasks like managing a budget, implementing projects, attending professional training, and becoming representatives at events. Membership demands include attending monthly meetings, submitting regular progress reports, and responsibly using social media. The panel serves as an innovative platform for fostering leadership, empowerment, and growth.

European Cultural Day 20th July 2024
The 2023/2024 Youth Panel members are a mix of different ethnicties. They wanted to celebrate parts of their heritage. The project started with a worldwide them and then they narrowed it down to a continent they have all lived in Europe. Spain was chosen based off of their fond memories of holidays. Did you know? spanish language is spoken in 21 countries. Two panel members are Polish which influenced them to look into their heritage. And all members live in Lincolnshire.
The Panel have curated every part of the project from budgeting to marketing. They would love if you could come along to their event and experience sessions from all the incredibly talented teachers & artists contributing to the day.
